Meet Our Attorney Network

Social Security Disability Attorneys

At National Disability, we work with a carefully selected network of experienced disability attorneys who specialize in Social Security and VA disability claims. These are not general practice attorneys — they are disability specialists who have spent their careers inside these systems, understand how the SSA and VA evaluate claims, and know how to build strong cases that win.

Every attorney in our network is committed to one thing: making sure you receive the benefits you have earned. Our services are provided on a no-win, no-fee basis. You pay nothing unless your claim is approved.

Disability Attorneys

Our VA, SSDI and SSI attorneys bring firsthand experience inside the Social Security Administration — meaning they understand exactly how claims are evaluated and where applications fail.

Brian Smith

Brian Smith

Managing Attorney, Disability Practice

Brian has spent his career at the intersection of disability law and the Social Security system. Before entering private practice, he worked at the Disability Determination Service in Birmingham — deciding more than 1,000 SSDI and SSI claims and gaining a rare inside understanding of exactly how the SSA evaluates cases. He has since personally represented clients in more than 2,500 ALJ hearings and handles claims at every level from initial application through federal court.

David Tuck

David Tuck

Social Security Disability Attorney

David spent the majority of his career inside the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings Operations, rising from Legal Assistant to Attorney Advisor to Quality Review Specialist. He knows the SSA’s decision-making process from the inside — and uses that knowledge to build stronger appeals for the clients he now represents in private practice.

Suzanna Coleman

Suzanna Coleman

Disability Attorney

Suzanna brings a background that is rare in disability law: before earning her JD, she spent years as a licensed social worker and therapist, working directly with individuals navigating complex systems and difficult circumstances. That foundation shapes how she approaches every case — with both legal strategy and genuine empathy for what her clients are going through.

Veterans Disability Attorneys

Our VA-accredited attorneys represent veterans nationwide in disability claims, appeals, and rating increases — from initial filing through the Board of Veterans’ Appeals.

Amber Osborne

Amber Osborne

Managing Attorney, VA Practice

Amber has been fighting for veterans since 2014, when she handled the first VA disability case in the network’s history — and won. She is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and represents veterans nationwide through every stage of the claims and appeals process, including the Board of Veterans’ Appeals.

Austin Underwood

Austin Underwood

VA Disability Attorney

Austin grew up in North Alabama with deep personal ties to veterans and military families, and that connection is at the heart of why he practices VA disability law. He brings energy, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making the VA claims process more accessible and successful for every veteran he serves.

Nathan Guin

Nathan Guin

Veterans Disability Attorney

Nathan has dedicated his entire legal career to veterans disability law, bringing more than ten years of focused VA claims experience to every case he handles. He is VA-accredited, admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and approaches every veteran’s case as both a privilege and a responsibility.
