By using the Site, you provide your acknowledgment and agreement to all of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you may not use the Site. Disability Benefit Center (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) has the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of this Agreement by posting the changes on the Site. Your continuing use of the Site signifies your acceptance of any such changes.

No Relationship or Obligation Arises from Use of the Site

Governing Laws in Case of Dispute; Jurisdiction; Binding Arbitration

The seat of the arbitration will be in Chicago, Illinois unless JAMS determines this location would impose undue hardship. You understand that by agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving certain rights, including the right to bring an action in court, the right to a jury trial, the right to broad discovery, and the right to an appeal. Threshold issues of arbitrability — including the scope of this Agreement — shall be decided by the arbitrator.

Entire Agreement
