Atticor Group LLC, Disability Benefit Center and its affiliates (referred to herein as “DBC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to complying with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), which describes what personal information we collect about you, how we use it, to whom we may disclose it, and what choices you have regarding our use of your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected in connection with our website located at https://nationdisability.com and any other webpage or landing page that DBC maintains that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”), any current or future mobile applications associated with DBC or the Site (collectively, the “App”), our email communications, our social media pages, other online or wireless offerings that post a link to the Privacy Policy, and other relevant circumstances (collectively, the “Platform”).

- Text Messages. You may revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message from DBC, or by emailing [email protected] with “TCPA Consent Revocation” in the subject line. You are not required to consent to automated texts to do business with us. To opt out of DBC marketing texts, email your request and mobile number to [email protected].
- Cookies. Most browsers let you remove or stop accepting cookies. Note that disabling cookies may limit platform functionality.
- Advertising Choices. You can limit interest-based advertising by blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings or using privacy plug-ins. You may also use opt-out tools provided by Google and Facebook. Note that opt-out preferences must be set on each device and browser.
- “Do-Not-Track.” Some browsers and devices allow you to broadcast a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit.
- Declining to Provide Information. If you choose not to provide requested personal information, we may not be able to provide certain services.
Information Security
DBC takes commercially reasonable measures to secure and protect the personal information we collect. Nevertheless, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. We are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to us over networks we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks. Linked Websites

Accessing those links will cause you to leave DBC’s website and may result in the collection of information about you by a third party. Using the Platform from Outside the United States
DBC is headquartered in the United States. Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States or other countries. Children’s Privacy

Additional Notice to California Residents

SMS Terms of Service
- General Terms. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Atticor Group LLC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (hereinafter, “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms of Service. We are not responsible for delays or message failures due to network issues, carrier problems, or other technical disruptions. Messages may be delayed or not delivered due to factors beyond our control, including device compatibility or issues with your mobile carrier.
- Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes to these terms via SMS. Continued use of our communication services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
